We promote AI literacy, digital inclusion, and the culture of hybrid teams. We work to make artificial intelligence an understandable tool, accessible both to big business and to volunteer initiatives.

Why did our community emerge?

Technologies are outpacing education

Artificial intelligence is developing at a tremendous pace, but systematic knowledge about its application in customer service is still lacking. We created this platform to fill the gap and provide access to verified expertise for everyone: from students to foundation directors.

Fear of automation hinders development

Many people perceive AI as a threat to their jobs. We united to change this perception: to show that technologies are not a replacement for humans, but a powerful tool that frees people from routine tasks and opens new career horizons.

Service must be inclusive and accessible

We believe that digital services should have no barriers. Our goal is to teach organizations to implement solutions (voice assistants, adaptive chats) that can be freely used by all segments of the population, including the elderly and people with disabilities.

About NGO «CX Horizon»

«CX Horizon» is a non-governmental organization that promotes a culture of high-quality customer service through digital education and ethical artificial intelligence. We create a space where technologies stop being scary and start working for the benefit of people.

Our activities cover educational projects for youth, technological consultations for business, and digital support for social initiatives. We help organizations overcome chaos in communications and implement solutions that make customer service accessible, humane, and effective.

We work where change is needed: we train veterans in new professions, help volunteers automate hotlines, and build a community that believes in the power of hybrid teams.

Who we are

«CX Horizon» is people who believe that the future is not for robots, but for those who know how to collaborate with them. We are united not by positions, but by the desire to make Ukrainian service a global benchmark of care and technological advancement.

Among us are AI engineers, customer experience experts, educators, volunteers, and entrepreneurs. Everyone contributes their own: someone writes code for an inclusive chatbot, someone creates training courses, and someone mentors non-profit organizations.

We are convinced that true digital transformation starts with people. That’s why our community is open to everyone ready to share knowledge, learn new things, and support others on the path to digital change.

We strive to overcome the fear of automation by shaping a «Hybrid Workforce» culture where people and AI work in synergy. We support inclusive approaches, teach how to create barrier-free digital services, and help socially important initiatives scale their impact through technology.

We are building an ecosystem where the support operator profession transforms into the prestigious role of AI manager, and technologies serve to enhance human potential, not replace it.
