CX Horizon NGO does not sell software, is not a reseller or partner of any vendor, and receives no commission for recommending tools. All educational materials, guides and mentoring consultations are provided free of charge. If a free tool is enough for an organisation’s task, that is exactly what we recommend.
Accountability
The activity report for 2026 will be published on this page by 31 March 2027. An interim report covering the second half of 2026 will be published by 31 January 2027.
