CX Horizon NGO is a non-profit civil society organisation (EDRPOU 46136396, non-profit status code 0032). We teach people how to work with artificial intelligence in customer service and make digital services accessible. Everything we do is free for the recipient: we do not sell software, we do not charge for education, and we receive no commission from tool vendors.

1. CX and AI Academy — an open knowledge base

More than 50 articles in Ukrainian and English, available without registration or payment. We explain in plain language what is usually wrapped in technical jargon: how large language models work, what natural language processing is, how a chatbot knowledge base is structured, and which data must never be entered into free services. The materials are organised into three sections: CX and AI Academy (theory in plain language), Case Studies Laboratory (analyses of real situations) and Workshop (checklists and templates you can apply the same day). New materials are published regularly: the latest articles came out on 23 and 30 July and 7 August 2026.

2. Mentoring consultations for organisations and teams

A free 30–45 minute online session where a mentor helps to unpack a specific situation: where the organisation loses enquiries, how to structure a knowledge base, which tools make sense given the team’s budget and technical level. The outcome is a step-by-step roadmap, not an offer to buy something. Priority is given to non-profit organisations, volunteer initiatives and small teams that have no IT specialists of their own. Book a consultation.

3. Digital accessibility

We show organisations how to make their digital channels usable for people with visual, hearing and motor impairments: page contrast and structure, text alternatives, screen-reader readability, and clear wording in chats and on helplines. This is the area with the most requests from public institutions and foundations, because the legal requirements exist while practical instructions in Ukrainian are scarce.

4. A new profession: the support agent as an AI-agent manager

Automation is changing the work of support operators, and it is most often perceived as a threat. We teach a different view: the human manages the agent, reviews its answers, and takes responsibility for complex and emotionally difficult cases. The materials in this programme are addressed primarily to support operators, veterans changing careers, and students without a technical background.

5. Technical support for volunteer initiatives

We help foundations and volunteer groups set up their enquiry handling so that no request for help gets lost: routing messages from different channels into one place, response templates, and a base of frequently asked questions. The work is done by the organisation’s volunteers and is not paid for by the recipient.

How we are funded and how we report

Our activities are carried out through the volunteer work of the organisation’s members and experts. The documents confirming our non-profit status and the reporting schedule are published on the Transparency and reporting page. Questions about the programmes and documents: admin@intelswift.info.
